DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Casino Canmore" refers to a provincially regulated land-based casino located in Alberta, Canada.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Access to Casino Canmore services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old or such other age as may be specified by law for the purpose of gambling in their jurisdiction.

ID VERIFICATION

Casino Canmore reserves the right to request and verify identification from any patron prior to allowing them to use its facilities, participate in gaming activities, or receive any benefits or services.

GAMING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rules and regulations governing games offered at Casino Canmore are as follows:

All games are operated by licensed operators using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and tested for fairness by recognized third-party testing labs.
The outcome of every game is entirely dependent on chance, and there is no system or strategy that can guarantee a win.
Players must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding gaming in their jurisdiction.

WAGERING LIMITS

Casino Canmore may impose wagering limits on patrons to promote responsible gaming practices.

SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM

Patrons who wish to self-exclude from Casino Canmore services or limit their access to such services for a specified period may do so by contacting Casino Canmore in writing and providing such information as is required under the applicable laws and regulations of Alberta, Canada.

Casino Canmore reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Casino Canmore and each patron using its services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized third-party dispute resolution service provider located in the Province of Alberta.

By using Casino Canmore services, patrons acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
